The Role :

As a Trials Specialist, you’ll play a key part in our R&D team, designing, implementing, and reporting on field and glasshouse trials for new and existing products. You’ll help drive product innovation and ensure our research programme is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and report on field and glasshouse trials, including competitor products and experimental processes.
• Manage your own trials: stock control, product application, data collection, digital capture (photos, drone), and record keeping.
• Analyse and interpret trial data, presenting results at annual reviews.
• Ensure all work meets ORETO / GFP standards and company EH&S policies.

Liaise with R&D, Marketing, and Production teams to support product innovation and feedback.
