Radius Vehicle Solutions are hiring a Driver-Valeter to join the passionate & successful Ipswich location on a full‑time basis. The role is a dual one, responsible for preparing, delivering and collecting rental and lease vehicles to/from our customers. We are an immensely proud vehicle provider, offering best‑in‑class customer service across a wide range of products.

As a Driver and Valeter, you will clean our large fleet of vehicles to the best of your ability and deliver them to customers, including "handing over" vehicles by way of mobile inspection, agreeing on condition and demonstrating vehicle features where necessary.

• Cleaning and preparing a real mix of vehicles – ranging from small cars to large 7.5t trucks – ready for their rental journey with our varied customer base.
• As part of our 22‑point safety & pre‑rental inspections, you own vehicle hygiene and readiness.
• Report vehicle defects – such as dashboard warnings, service schedules, vehicle wear & tear – to rental administrators for workshop attention.

• Our business model is 80% vans; you will be driving commercial vehicles such as LWB panel vans, dropside tippers and Luton boxes, therefore experience is appreciated.
• Have a professional & caring approach to customer service, as you will be "frontline" to our loyal customer base.
• Adapt to changes in workload in line with customer & internal requirements.
• Understand and adhere to new information as it comes in, as new vehicle delivery & collections are added throughout the day.
• Have a good general understanding of geography and road networks within East Anglia and confidence in driving out of area into London, South East and to the East Midlands Headquarters.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (40 hrs per week); optional overtime may be offered where business requires.

6‑month probation period, with full training and performance management throughout, COSHH/HSE undertaken.

£26,338 per annum. 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.

• Full Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years, no more than six penalty points within the past 2 years.
