Role Overview gt;

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse team In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day handling, storage, and movement of materials. You will assist with order fulfilment, stock management, and general warehouse duties, ensuring all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Verifying and checking incoming shipments for accuracy
• Storing goods safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pump trucks, forklifts.
• General warehouse duties including tidying, stock rotation, and assisting colleagues as needed

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance (C/B) forklift licence
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or forklift-driving experience (training provided if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to follow Health & Safety procedures and work responsibly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to working hours
