Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and professional full-time Support Staff & Bar Security team members to help maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere at the Storehouse. This role includes general support duties and active security presence during operating hours, ensuring compliance with Nunavut liquor laws and hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe environment for all patrons and staff
• Enforce liquor laws and responsible service practices in accordance with Nunavut regulations
• Assist with crowd control, s, and conflict resolution
• Support bar and restaurant staff with operational needs as required
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times
• Communicate effectively with management and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, security, or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Understanding of Nunavut liquor laws (training provided if needed)
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Full-time position with evening and weekend availability required
• Relocation assistance available, including support with bussing to Iqaluit
• Uniform and training provided.
