Community Care RN: Veteran Care Coordinator

The Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, Michigan is seeking a Community Care Coordinator RN to provide and supervise direct patient care, and to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Veterans Care.
