Position: Sanitation Specialist III — Full-Time, PTO & 401k Match

What You Will Do

• Operate Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) systems and perform detailed disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of production equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Follow established sanitation schedules to clean and sanitize facility infrastructure and production lines, documenting all activities in compliance with regulatory and company protocols.
• Accurately mix, apply, and document chemical usage, ensuring correct concentrations and applications for effective cleaning and sanitation.
• Conduct inspections and internal audits to verify sanitation effectiveness, ensuring all equipment meets microbial safety and cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience
• Ability to work in hot/cold and wet/dry environments.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently
