Management Accountant

Jenson Fisher are working on behalf of a leading Ayrshire based corporate business that are looking to recruit a Management Accountant into their established, well structured finance department.

With a dotted line into the Finance Director with daily reporting into the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant is ultimately tasked with delivering monthly reporting for the business alongside producing site-specific information for Group purposes.

This role will suit someone possibly Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience and you will have a strong track record providing insightful analysis to support decision‑making.

• Production of monthly management accounts alongside variance analysis.
• Preparation of Profit & Loss accounts, again monitoring variances.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Stock accounting, including inventory control alongside monthly stock reconciliations.
• Oversee a small team handling transactional accounting including purchase ledger, banking and general accounts administration.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data for reporting purposes.
• Continuously improving processes and procedures.
