Woodland Estate Agents

Location: St John's Road, Isleworth, TW7 6NW

Role: Full-time, Permanent – Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am–2pm

Work Environment: In-person, collaborative, non-corporate, family-oriented

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales from initial enquiry through to completion — including valuations, viewings, negotiations, and post-offer progression
  • Take ownership of the offer process
    , ensuring seamless and successful outcomes
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with vendors and buyers through exceptional service
  • Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders
  • Provide timely feedback to clients, ensuring transparency every step of the way
  • Prospect, register, and convert leads—canvassing the local area to grow your pipeline
  • Keep detailed records within our CRM (Loop), provide transparent feedback and ensure compliance
  • Embrace targets enthusiastically and actively contribute to team success
Who You Are
  • Minimum of 3 years’ senior estate agency sales experience
    , ideally in West London or nearby
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and attention to detail
  • Friendly, approachable,
    results-oriented
    , and proactive in everything you do
  • Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle—essential for canvassing and client visits
  • Ambitious yet grounded—
    looking to build a long-term career in a community-focused business
