EHS Specialist

About the job

You will be located in one of the Istanbul‑Izmir‑Bursa regions and have a team of several EHS inspectors within the designated region.

To manage your regional team by all means, liaise with customer regional EHS and project management team, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and perform on‑site EHS and quality audits. You will be reporting to account EHS Manager in Istanbul and work directly with him/her.

• Follow daily project plan and perform on‑site audits for site implementation teams
• Make sure that project management team is aware of the EHS requirements and following them
• Perform on‑site quality checks by using company tools
• Communicate with customer regional EHS management team about the implementation of EHS requirements on a regular basis
• Perform incident investigations and prepare reports to be submitted to customer regional EHS team
• Prepare monthly leadership practice tour plans within the designated region for Huawei senior management team
• Follow up EHS equipment needs within the designated region and submit requests to Huawei central EHS management team
• Create awareness and positive acceptance of the Huawei EHS programs
• Prepare EHS related instructions up to date in collaboration with national EHS team
• Support the organization and the EHS team by being aware of and adhering to the requirements of ISDP tool
