Join our high‑impact After Sales Technical Field team and play a key role in ensuring field excellence across our Home Comfort business. We are looking for a skilled and solution‑oriented Technical Field Expert in Istanbul to support technical operations, elevate service quality and represent Bosch as a technical authority in key projects and escalations.

Job type: Full‑time

• Coordinate and supervise field technical operations across assigned regions.
• Provide advanced technical guidance, expert‑level troubleshooting and final root‑cause analysis support.
• Conduct on‑site system diagnostics, supervising, project control, performance audits and failure investigations, automation system for RAC / PAC / VRF / HP product ranges.
• Monitor authorised service partner technical field performance, technical workmanship quality and safety compliance.
• Deliver regular advance technical training, coaching and capability‑building programmes for technicians and service partners on the field side.
• Validate warranty claims in the field, verify repair quality and ensure accuracy of technical reporting.
• Represent the company as technical authority in critical escalations, strategic customer visits and major installation projects.
• Initiate and supervise corrective action plans and continuous improvement activities.
• Integrate sustainability standards into the field service network (energy efficiency, refrigerant handling, circularity).

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Air conditioning engineering technician or equivalent technical discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Air conditioning field service, commissioning, or technical support and supervising.
• Strong technical mastery of Air conditioning fundamentals: refrigeration cycle, thermodynamics, inverter / VRF technology, F‑gas, electrics.
• Proven field audit capability, ability to diagnose complex performance issues and electrical/electronic faults.
• Excellent communication, coaching, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• High discipline in reporting, documentation and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• F‑Gas certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driving licence and availability for regular domestic travel.
• Minimum intermediate English level with fluency
