An Esthetician is responsible for managing and carrying out professional spa and beauty treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while helping to achieve sales revenue targets.

As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for managing and carrying out professional spa and beauty treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Our beauty treatments include massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and a range of other treatments. An Esthetician will also be required to help achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Provide expert advice to guests on personal skincare, routines, and product usage.
• Offer competent services in aromatherapy, cosmetic product knowledge, and skin analysis.
• Ensure the hygiene and organization of skincare areas and equipment.
• Address guest needs quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other teams when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Continuously improve by keeping up-to-date with current practices, trends, and trainings.
• Work in accordance with company procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage procedures and stay informed about treatments, ensuring that all treatments comply with current regulations and company standards.
• Communicate and interact effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management.

An Esthetician serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Possess a cosmetology/esthetician certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in skincare.
• Knowledgeable in cosmetic products, aromatherapy, and skin analysis.
• Guest-focused work ethic with strong communication skills.
• Persuasive, friendly, and dynamic personality.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Professional, helpful, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Keep up-to-date with developments in the field and be open to continuous learning.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in spa, wellness, or hotel settings.
