Esthetician - Hilton Istanbul Bomonti

Hilton is seeking an Esthetician to manage and carry out professional spa and beauty treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while helping to achieve sales revenue targets.

• Perform professional skincare treatments targeting the hands, feet, neck, shoulders, and décolleté area.
• Provide expert advice to guests on personal skincare, routines, and product usage.
• Offer competent services in aromatherapy, cosmetic product knowledge, and skin analysis.
• Ensure hygiene and organization of skincare areas and equipment.
• Address guest needs quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Continuously improve by keeping up-to-date with current practices, trends, and trainings.
• Work in accordance with company procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage procedures and stay informed about treatments, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Communicate and interact effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management.

• Possess a cosmetology/esthetician certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in skincare.
• Knowledgeable in cosmetic products, aromatherapy, and skin analysis.
• Guest‑focused work ethic with strong communication skills.
• Persuasive, friendly, and dynamic personality.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Professional, helpful, and solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Keep up‑to‑date with developments in the field and be open to continuous learning.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience in spa, wellness, or hotel settings.
