Risk Manager

Binance is looking for a seasoned risk professional to build and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with both business needs and Turkey’s evolving crypto regulatory landscape (think SPK, MASAK, etc.). You’ll be expected to actively monitor risks, engage with leadership, and ensure ongoing compliance and resilience.

• Develop and oversee risk management frameworks and policies
• Regularly monitor risk appetite and create reports with action items
• Maintain risk registers and control profiles with periodic attestations
• Build and manage risk dashboards, alerts, and reporting tools
• Partner with department heads to align risk controls with business goals
• Prepare Board and Management Committee risk reports
• Stay updated on global risk trends and proactively enhance Binance’s framework
• 5+ years in risk management, preferably within financial services
• Strong command of ERM and project risk methodologies
• Hands-on with risk assessments, frameworks, and mitigation strategies
• In-depth knowledge of Turkey’s regulatory environment for crypto (SPK, MASAK, CA/CASP)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
