• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technical tools.
• Perform first and second level technical support via calls, tickets, and user interaction.
• Respond promptly to IT‑related questions from end‑users.
• Document all end‑user interactions in the Service Now ticketing system (e.g., incidents, requests).
• Create, maintain, and utilize knowledge base articles.
• Provide IT onboarding training to new starters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Fluent in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑orientation focus.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task across multiple stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and able to work independently.
• Team player with a supportive personality.
• Experience in regulated IT environments (e.g., GxP) is a plus.
• All candidates must provide a criminal‑record certificate not older than three months.
