• Managing and overseeing the fleet of over 300 vehicles across multiple locations and companies, including monitoring and reporting on costs, performance, and quality indicators.
• Optimizing operational fleet processes.
• Procurement of new or replacement vehicles, considering demand development and economic factors, including preparing relevant contracts for signature.
• Developing strategic concepts for the vehicle fleet.
• Maintaining close relationships with workshops and dealers as the technical contact for our vehicle fleet.
• Executing occasional trips for management.

• Knowledge of financing options and funding opportunities for alternative drives.
• Experience in fleet management and knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a friendly demeanor.
