Customer Care Specialist che seguirà le seguenti attività :
Contatto con i clienti via telefono ed e-mail
Gestione delle segnalazioni, delle richieste di informazioni e dei reclami da parte dei clienti
Assistenza back office ai clienti
Contatti con la logistica e con i corrieri per la risoluzione dei casi.
Si offre contratto full time a atempo determinato con successivo inserimento diretto.
