Descrizione del Ruolo
Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Responsabile Customer Service dinamico/a e motivato/a con esperienza pregressa di 5 anni nel ruolo.
Responsabilità
Gestire un team di due persone che si occupa della ricezione ordini, emissione e conferme d'ordine, redazione di preventivi.
Fornire informazioni sui prodotti/servizi e risolvere eventuali problematiche, garantendo un'esperienza positiva e soddisfacente al cliente.
Collaborare con i vari dipartimenti per risolvere le richieste più complesse.
Gestire e aggiornare le informazioni clienti nel CRM aziendale in modo accurato e in tempo reale.
Monitorare le performance e fornire report periodici.
Requisiti
Esperienza di 5 anni nel ruolo di Customer Service.
