Senior Architect or Landscape Architect
We are looking for a Senior Architect or Landscape Architect with a strong design sensibility and proven leadership experience to join our Milan office. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking, leading teams and projects with confidence and clarity.

Lead the design and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects, ensuring design quality and innovation in line with LAND’s mission and values.
Manage internal teams and coordinate sub-consultants and collaborators across disciplines.
Represent LAND in client and stakeholder meetings, articulating our design vision with professionalism and impact.
Oversee project progress, ensuring objectives, schedules, and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
8+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrated through leadership on complex landscape or architectural projects.
Significant experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams and large-scale landscape projects.
Excellent design, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and proficient in Italian.
Previous professional experience in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
