Electronics AIT Engineer

Responsibilities
As an Electronics AIT Engineer, you will be responsible for the definition, planning, execution, and documentation of Assembly, Integration and Testing activities for electronic systems and equipment within our projects.
Definition, planning and execution of test activities (including activities in Clean Room and launch site)
Drafting of technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports
Definition, design and assembly of test setups
Support to flight PCB manufacturing and assembly
System and subsystem integration and debug activities
Definition, design and assembly of prototype PCBs, harnesses and adapters
Support to design and analysis activities regarding avionics systems
Support to series production activities
General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or High School Diploma as Electronics Technician
At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field, including internships
Problem‑solving skills
Hands‑on and proactive approach
Required Experiences & Skills
Knowledge of laboratory instruments
Experience in soldering through‑hole and SMD parts
Experience in PCB testing and debugging
Experience in system testing and debugging
Experience in harness manufacturing
Experience in drafting technical documentation
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience in ESD‑controlled environments
Additional Assets
Autonomy in the day‑to‑day activities management
Experience in space projects
Experience with software tools for test automation
Experience in PCB and harness design (Altium preferred)
Knowledge of ECSS and IPC standards
Experience working with QMS and Product Assurance processes
Experience working in cleanroom environments
