Electronic Designer

TXT Group’s growth and expansion have led us to look for new Electronic Designers who will be placed in the TXT e-Tech Srl company, specifically within the R&D department. The role focuses on the development of test systems and units for the aerospace field, with assignments at one of our customer’s sites in Lombardia.
We are seeking professionals at junior, mid‑level, or senior experience levels.
Main responsibilities

Development of automatic test systems for flight electronic units;
Design of electronic boards (analogue, digital, power);
Drafting project documentation and reporting;
Testing and validation of electronic boards and test systems.

Technical skills required

Use of electronic design software (Altium, Orcad, Fusion 360, etc);
Use of electronic simulation software;
Use of laboratory instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, current probes, etc);
Knowledge of Boundary Scan testing;
Ability to troubleshoot in complex systems.

Optional technical skills

PCB development;
Knowledge of avionics communication buses (ARINC 429, MIL‑STD‑1553, etc);
Knowledge of microcontroller architectures;
Knowledge of Test Stand;
Knowledge of Lab View;
Knowledge of at least one programming language.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
The ideal candidate has a strong aptitude for problem solving, proactivity, and good communication and organizational skills. This person can work both independently and as part of a team and is motivated to grow professionally and learn new skills.
