Digital Manufacturing Senior Consultant Capgemini Invent

YOUR ROLEExpert advice, analyzing business problems, and developing data‑driven strategies.

Guide implementation and improve client performance by managing projects in the manufacturing area.

Leverage Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, WCM) and Digital Transformation (MES/MOM/Digital Twin).Typical activities include:

Strategic Advisory:
Analyze client data, identify issues, and propose solutions to meet strategic goals in manufacturing, from cost reduction to lean/Six Sigma process improvement, MES/SCADA to operations reporting.

Project Leadership:
Manage project life cycles, define scope, oversee deliverables and timelines.

Solution Development:
Create actionable plans for manufacturing improvement, operational excellence, or digital transformation.

Implementation & Change Management:
Drive execution of new processes and technologies (MES, data analytics, AI) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, WCM), supporting organization adoption.

Client Relationship Management:
Build relationships with C‑level executives in manufacturing, lead meetings and present findings.

Analytical

Skills:

Strong ability to analyze complex data and situations.

Communication:
Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Team Leadership:
Coach and mentor junior consultants, guiding their work and development.

Collaborate with all Capgemini Group entities (technology experts, data, designers, etc.) to offer the best solutions to customers.

YOUR PROFILE Minimum 6+ years in industrial sectors, manufacturing excellence or digital transformation, in consulting firms or operational positions at major automotive, manufacturing or life‑science brands.

Master’s degree in STEM, engineering preferred.

Relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, WCM, PMP) are advantageous.

Fluency in Italian and English; additional language is a plus.

Proactive mindset, always one step ahead.
