About This Vacancy
We are looking for young engineers who graduated in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent, motivated to join our team.
What We Expect From You
The resource will be responsible for:

Defining requirements for systems and subsystems (antenna transceiver and receiver)
Electrical and EM simulation analysis
Tuning and testing RF hardware
Utilizing measurement tools for testing
Tracking technical progress and interfacing with suppliers.

The Resource Should Have

A Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields.
At least one year of hands‑on experience in the space/defense sector designing RF/MW systems/subsystems (e.g., transmitters, receivers) and key blocks (e.g., LNA, PA, mixers, phase shifters, filters, synthesizers, oscillators, attenuators).
Familiarity with laboratory test setups using signal analyzers, VNA, signal generators, digital oscilloscopes, power meters, etc.
Familiarity with leading RF system simulation tools (e.g., ADS, MWO, and associated electromagnetic environment).
Experience in defining and writing requirements.
Knowledge of the ECSS standard is a plus.
Proven knowledge of typical system environmental constraints and testing aspects (EMC, vibration, and thermal vacuum) and the ability to derive subsystem specifications to meet design requirements.
Native Italian speaker and fluent in English (written and spoken).
