Position Summary We are looking for an Manufacturing Engineering Associate in Luserna San Giovanni (TO) . The candidate will ensure the industrialization of assembly systems with a focus on continuous improvement, managing cost / time targets, and complying with Quality methodologies.

Main Opportunities and Challenges :

Work in a very fast-paced environment, handling technical and coordinating tasks within a global organization that offers visibility and recognition. Improve technology skills and competencies on high complexity powertrains. Be engaged with top automotive OEMs and acquire 360° vision on new products / process development for electrified vehicles.

Main Responsibilities Provide technical support to the Sales function during new project quotation phases.

Contribute to manufacturing feasibility and achievement of project cost / time targets, supporting Product Development (Design for Assembly).Define the Process Concept for each new product during quotation in line with the approved Capex.

Coordinate the launch of new projects at the production site, ensuring proper communication of product / process specifics to all involved functions.

Monitor the approved CAPEX Budget for the assigned project.

Validate process solutions using PFMEA methodology, formalizing results during coordination meetings with suppliers and internal functions.

Manage the introduction of product changes, assessing their impact on the production process and implementing them accordingly.

Mange the Machine availability of the assembly system during startup phase.

Ensure correct application of Health, Safety & Environment Management System procedures within the area of responsibility.

Ensure correct application of Quality System procedures within the area of responsibility.

Position Requirements Professional background

Proven experience in a similar role within automotive or aeronautic industries.

Proficiency in technical drawing and mechanical design, with the ability to interpret engineering documentation

Hard Skills :
Essential :

Fluent English-speaking skills and willingness to travel

Knowledge of automotive process

Basical knowledge of assembly technologies and PLC architecture

Considered as a plus :

Complex Gearboxes knowledge
