Primary Function
He/she writes, together with the methodist, the structure of the Tag Layout;
Master Template;
Part Template useful for being able to recognize the different PLC programs, in an assembly line.
He/she is able to write and read the different PLC programs and to recognize CNC part-program
Based on the state of design and the process, he/she defines all the technical specifications, containing the requirements of the equipment of the machines, necessary for the suppliers to supply the production system or part of it, including the maintainability specifications for the production system to be acquired
He/she elaborates estimation, relative to its own area of competence, verifying, moreover, that the data and the requisites emerged from the preliminary studies respect the objectives defined in the project.
Knowledge of European Standard as Machinery Directive, EN 60204-1 and all Safety Standards useful to accept machinery and meantime elaborates specifications to contribute by a new.
He/she is able to calculate energy consumption by relating to the fraction € / Part
He/she provides technical specifications for equipment machining or assembly, including fluidics, electronics and automation system.
He/she defines the technical specification for Purchase Request, He prepares supplier offers technical comparison, with the support of the technical leader / competence leader.
He/she manages test equipment implementation and codesign with suppliers, approves supplier technical drawings, supports the installation, validates the equipment with extended tests.
He/she guarantees technical control in the execution phases (codesign with supplier, drawings approval, equipment construction, installation, acceptance, run off and start up), keeping informed of the project status competence leader and the Project Manager.
He/she contributes to identify and standardize "best practices" in order to optimize key processes and assure the implementation of consistent testing system among the plants.
He/she performs technical checks on electrical and fluidic equipment;
Follow and monitor the development and installation of the designed systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics; hydraulics;
Investment valuation techniques; of electrical / fluidic components;
Programming languages;
Reference standards;
Experience (min 3 years) in testing process and testing plants design, implementation, management.
Prove experience in PLC/CNC.
Experience in reading electrical drawings/fluidics/pneumatic diagrams and relative approval
Investments estimation knowledge about equipment and special purpose machines involved in test facilities
Language skills:
English (written and spoken)
Effective communication and project presentation capacity, time management ability and problem solving technics knowledge
Ability to work in team with accountability and leadership
Travel Requirements
Short travels in Italy and Foreign Countries ( 30% time)
