About
The Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will report to the QA/QC Lead. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System for the Design and Construction department, participate in defining and implementing processes from the ground up, and contribute to the creation of sustainable data centers.
Responsibilities
Manage quality documentation.
Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on visits/audits carried out by third parties.
Identify opportunities for improvement and best practices to be shared among countries.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Prepare and deliver high‑quality reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Lead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes.
Responsibilities in terms of IMS Certifications
Respect and enforce health and safety rules.

Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.
Requirements
Education and Experience
Master’s degree in engineering, with 3–5 years of technical experience.
Solid experience in quality management.
Previous experience in industry, oil & gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience required. Must be qualified as a lead auditor.
Knowledge of problem‑solving and risk‑management techniques.
Excellent writing skills.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge, experience, or certification is a plus.
Behavioral Skills
Fluent in English.
Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity, and ethics.
