Challen Zee turns social gatherings — morning, afternoon, or night — into gamified competitive events where people connect, have fun, and win prizes. We’re an early-stage startup launching our first events in Milan and we need a strong Event Director to make it happen.

Your Role Connect with onboarded venues, shape 3 tailored event formats that fit their space, customers & goals

Define venue earning model & booking price (including prize value, animator cost, etc.)Assign & manage animators/hosts to run each event

Deliver final event setup to the Challen Zee marketing team to launch campaigns & secure bookings

What We’re Looking For Experience in event production, nightlife, or experiential marketing

Strong ability to work with venue owners & create event formats

Leadership skills to manage a small team of animators/hosts

Based in Milan or willing to travel frequently
