Job Description
As an Expert Quantum Algorithm Researcher, you will be part of Eniquantic. You will develop, implement, and benchmark quantum algorithms for both analog and digital quantum processors based on neutral atom technology. Your work will span from theoretical formulation and integration with classical high‑performance computing resources to hands‑on testing on our quantum prototypes, helping shape the future of quantum‑enabled industrial solutions.
Main Activities

Design and implement novel quantum algorithms targeting optimization and machine learning problems for neutral atom quantum computing platforms.
Develop quantum algorithm extensions for real‑world datasets and industrial use cases.
Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to connect theoretical research with practical quantum application, leveraging high‑performance computing resources and quantum emulators to accelerate technology adoption.
Perform benchmarking of algorithms using quantum emulators and simulators within high‑performance computing environments.
Stay updated with advances in quantum computing theory and software tools to continuously improve algorithmic approaches.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Physics, Physics Engineering, Quantum Information Science, or Computer Engineering.
At least 3 years (including any PhD) of research or work experience in the development of quantum computing algorithms and applications.
Proven experience with quantum algorithms for optimization techniques and both classical and quantum machine learning algorithms.
Strong knowledge of quantum information theory, quantum computation, and computational complexity.
Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, Julia, or similar.
Proficiency in quantum programming libraries/frameworks such as Qiskit, Pennylane, Cirq, or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Availability for travel.

Experience with GPU programming.
Practical experience in high‑performance computing programming is highly desirable.

Experience with quantum error mitigation and/or correction protocols is desirable.
