About the Role
Job Title – SAP Ariba Consultant Mode of Work – Hybrid 2 Days Onsite in Week Type of Hiring – Fixed Term Employment (FTC)
Project Duration – 12 Months (Possible Extension)

SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio), VMS (Contingent Workforce Management-Service Procurement-Worker Profile)
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business information technology or a related field
Strong knowledge of procurement processes Ariba modules and vendor management as well as Fieldglass contract and time management

Experience with SAP S4

HANA and VIM integration
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Experience Areas

Ariba Modules:
Manage Vendor Relations, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle, Performance, Ariba for Purchasing, Ariba Contracts and Ariba Sourcing Module
Vendor Management:
Handle the procurement vendor process including requesting new vendors in Ariba approval from the procurement office validation and integration approval of vendor master data and posting in SAP
Purchasing Organizations:
Manage multiple purchasing organizations for SAP stock purchases and exceptional processes and a single purchasing organization for Ariba consumption purchases
Standard Procurement Process:
Implement the standard procurement process including requisition creation/ update in Ariba budget check, finance quality check, purchase requisition approval workflow, purchase order creation in SAP S4, purchase order sent to supplier, release note good receipt in Ariba, invoice receipt in SAP VIM, PO RN invoice 3‑way match in SAP VIM, invoice posting in SAP S4 and invoice payment in SAP S4
Fieldglass Integration:
Utilize Fieldglass for external consultant management within the Nets perimeter including Contingent Workforce Management, Manage the integration with SAP S4

HANA through a custom input channel that receives files from Fieldglass processes, XML files with invoice data and maps specific invoice metadata fields
