What You’ll Be Doing
Design & Iterate – Improve interfaces and user flows for our consumer app and the various products within the Satispay B2B ecosystem. Create high‑quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, always adhering to the Satispay design system.
Manage Multiple Touchpoints – Design consistent and high‑performing experiences across different platforms, including our mobile apps, B2B dashboards, and internal consoles.
User Advocacy – Conduct user research and testing to identify pain points, ensuring the user’s voice is heard throughout the product development lifecycle.
Collaborative Execution – Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure that final features meet both technical requirements and business objectives.
Data‑Informed Decisions – Analyze app usage data and user feedback to optimise existing features and validate new design concepts.
Product Innovation – Monitor technology trends and competitor moves in the fintech space to propose valuable improvements for our ecosystem.
Cross‑functional Alignment – Partner with Customer Care and QA teams to monitor feedback, fix bugs, and ensure the product remains consistent and high‑performing.
Who We’re Looking For
Relevant Experience – 2 to 4 years of experience in product design, specifically with mobile and web applications in a fast‑paced environment.
UX/UI Mastery – Deep understanding of information architecture, usability, and data visualization, with expert‑level proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
Analytical & Research Skills – Proven ability to conduct research, run A/B tests/surveys, and translate complex data into simple, intuitive design solutions.
Strong Portfolio – A collection of work that demonstrates systems thinking and core design skills across mobile and web platforms.
Effective Communicator – Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical teams.
Educational Background – A degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field is highly recommended.
