This is a regulated role under the Central Bank of Ireland’s Fitness and Probity regime.
What You’ll Be DOING

Reviewing submissions including applications, policy wording, inspection reports, loss runs, and financial reports while researching the degree of risk for each account.
Calculating risk premium by considering risk costs, reinsurance cessions, underwriting and general administration costs, while ensuring profitability.
Proactively advising, assisting, and servicing clients on insurance and risk‑management matters to ensure satisfaction and fulfilment of their requirements.
Managing relationships to initiate cross‑selling opportunities and ensure account retention.
Ensuring timely implementation of new and renewed accounts according to quality standards.
Supporting business planning and forecasting, monitoring financial exposure and premium income to stay within limits.
Maintaining awareness of all claims advised and supporting claim settlement.

What You Will BRING

Experience in Property Corporate underwriting.
Knowledge of the Property Insurance industry, market trends and business transformation.
Bilingual in English and Italian (both written and verbal).
Business‑development mindset, strong negotiation skills and drive for growth.
Data–based decision making under changing environments.
Team player committed to collective goals.
