How you will create an impact

Drive profitable growth in Aviation by underwriting new and renewal business.

Work closely with brokers to communicate risk appetite, negotiate pricing and deal structure.

Expand business by building broker network, attending events and targeting cross‑selling opportunities.

Provide high standard customer service, mentor and train junior underwriters.

What you need to succeed

Proven underwriting experience with aviation knowledge.

Ability to analyze financial statements.

Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.

Excellent organization and time management.

Customer and sales oriented behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused.

Interest in mentoring; willingness to learn training if new to role.
