Description:

Beghelli is looking for a Legal Specialist with a strong academic background in Law and 3–5 years of experience gained in legal firms or in the legal department of medium or large companies.
The selected candidate will join the Legal Team of the Business Unit Lighting, providing valuable support in the following activities:

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the BU Head of Legal in the managing day to day activities and business development projects, as identified from time to time;
Drafting and reviewing national and international contracts;
Providing internal legal advice to support operational colleagues at Italian and foreign subsidiaries;
Sharing best practices on legal topics with operational colleagues at Italian and foreign subsidiaries;
Analysing and interpreting legal information and conducting legal research;
Management issues related to the protection of intellectual property (e.g., anti-counterfeiting programs).

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Law;
3-5 years of experience in law firms or in the legal department of medium to large companies;
Professional qualification (preferred);
Excellent knowledge of the English language
