Commercial Lawyer

Location: Nicosia

GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a boutique and rapidly growing law firm in Nicosia, with a strong reputation in corporate and commercial law and a solid portfolio of local and international clients. Due to continuous expansion, the firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer to join its highly professional and client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to be part of a modern and dynamic practice that values initiative, precision, and collaboration.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting in the drafting of agreements, legal opinions, and a range of legal documents for local and international clients.
Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
Conducting thorough legal research as required.
Liaising and coordinating with clients, external advisers, and public / regulatory authorities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

LLB (Hons).
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
LPC or BPTC qualification will be considered an advantage.
1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
Fluent in both Greek and English, written and verbal.
Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
Strong communication skills and experience working with international and institutional clients.
