About the role
As a key member of the supply chain and procurement team, you will support raw material planning, manage supplier relationships, maintain documentation, and assist buyers in sourcing and pricing of materials.
Essential Job Functions

Receive predetermined work assignments and provide administrative support to the procurement department.
Maintain files, logs, and records of invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
Update information in computer systems and assist in expediting orders.
Contact vendors to obtain prices, schedule delivery dates, and prepare standard requests for quotation.
Handle pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions, and invoice discrepancies.

Skills and Experience

3-5 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, and procurement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data/document handling.
Strong communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience with ERP systems, preferably BPCS and SAP.
