Responsibilities

Forecast processing received from customers
Management and planning of supplies of assigned materials respecting production objectives and times
Processing of issuing and maintenance of purchase orders, management of material reminders to suppliers, call off management, management of shipping practices
Support in Material Master creation and Master Data Maintenance activities
Coordinate the activities of creating and issuing the documentation necessary for production
Share rolling forecasts of purchasing requirements to suppliers
Implement and update KPIs, participating in OPEX projects, to monitor supplier performance, inventory level and obsolescence risks, taking corrective actions to mitigate destruction risks
Use SAP management software
Learn about MRP, KANBAN procurement logic
Process Order issue for packaging pharmaceutical products

Qualifications

Degree in Management Engineering or similar
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Previous experience in the role of production reality
Full time availability
Interpersonal relationship and good communication skills
Meeting deadlines and organizing
Proactivity and analytical skills complete the profile
