Production Quality Controller

Overview
We are looking for an Outerwear Production Quality Controller to join our team based in Romania.

Your Impact
The Production Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring quality control by supervising external suppliers in Romania. They will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards of the commissioned garments.

Qualification
Activities

Monitoring and controlling garment’s quality in the suppliers

Verifying the construction and fit of the Outerwear production garment

Final Quality Control of products within the established time frames

Coordinating with HQ and Moncler Employees involved

Issuing quality reports using dedicated management software

Who We Are Looking For

Technical knowledge of outerwear products

The knowledge of down-jackets is a plus

Strong knowledge of quality control processes

3-5 years of experience in a Fashion & Luxury structured multinational organizations, in the same or similar role

Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude

Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Availability to travel and visit production sites in Italy and abroad

High degree of autonomy

Availability for international mobility

Fluent in English, Italian or Romanian
