SITE  Eleprint Srl – Montevecchia (LC)  DEPARTMENT  Quality & Assurance Management   Responsibilities  Collaboration with the commercial area for technical and strategic support, customer care  Quality System Management Support, Quality Manual, System procedures, Management Review, planning and conducting Internal Audits  Support in the definition of Process Control, validation of production processes/machinery, drafting plans and qualification reports for validation of new processes and products.  

Requirements  Knowledge of IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 standards  Ability to read and interpret chemical/physical laboratory analyses, metallographic sections  Support services for failure analysis, root causes, management of product non-conformities  Management and definition of CAPA on processes and products, definition and drafting of 8D reports for product non-conformities and implementation of the related containment and corrective actions  Evaluation of product conformity both with respect to the IPC A 600 standard and to the customers' technical supply specifications  Definition and monitoring of KPIs, evaluation of customer satisfaction  Interface, organization and management of inspections / process audits  Professional & Fluent English is mandatory  Flexibility and independence are appreciated soft skills  Direct supervisor  Quality Manager
