OAK International Real Estate , realtà immobiliare consolidata e con un mindset globale, ricerca un Agente immobiliare da inserire nella proprio HQ di Milano Brera.
Gestione schedario potenziali clienti;
Gestione del portafoglio immobili;
Gestione dell’intero processo di mediazione:
Acquisizione immobili, appuntamenti vendita, trattative e definizione proposta;
Reporting settimanale.
Autonomia nella gestione del tempo e delle priorità;
Diploma di maturità o laurea;
Abilitazione da agente immobiliare o disponibilità ad intraprendere il percorso per l'abilitazione;
Preferibile esperienza nel settore immobiliare.
Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Contratto di collaborazione in Partita Iva;
Provvigioni dal 20 al 30% sul fatturato;
Rimborso spese fisso mensile di € 1.100;
Formazione e affiancamento in fase di On Boarding;
