A global leader in coatings is seeking an R&D Chemist in Minerbio to support its Innovation Team. The successful candidate will oversee projects from concept to commercialization, develop and optimize powder coating products, and perform laboratory testing. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Chemistry, with a minimum of 3 years experience in the coatings industry. Strong analytical skills and creativity are essential.
