La Marzocco Srl, a manufacturing company of excellence for specialty coffee equipment, is looking for a  Firmware Developer  for the Scarperia and San Piero (FI) office.
We are looking for people with a strong ability to take initiative and be proactive, with a propensity for change and digital transformation.
Position:
Within the R&D Electronics department and reporting to the R&D Electronics Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Contribute to the development of technical solutions for the system part;
Develop Firmware for programming microcontrollers of various families;
Test and debug firmware;
Write documentation and manage versions and releases;
Develop internal software (Windows) to support Production and the Test Laboratory;
Validate tests on third-party firmware.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in electronic or computer engineering with a propensity for low-level firmware development;
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles;
Problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving HW and FW problems also through the use of laboratory tools;
Knowledge of HW and FW debug systems;
Knowledge of programming languages including C and C++;
Previous experience in programming microcontrollers (ST, Microchip, Atmel, Espressif);
Technical writing and communication skills;
Ability to work in a team;
Good level of spoken and written English.
