About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to help shape the future of supply chain technology. Lead and architect mission‑critical initiatives across multiple teams, establishing best practices for software development

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring systems to ensure service reliability

Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence

Develop secure, highly available services that power supply chain operations

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Good background in designing and building large‑scale distributed systems

Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineers

Expertise in modern software development practices and cloud technologies

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience

5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience

5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
