Your Role And Responsibilities   Collaborate on end‑to‑end development of Android/iOS and Flutter applications, from ideation to deployment. Address challenges in implementation and resolve bugs to maintain high‑quality standards.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of features. Address product and feature‑related issues in alignment with defined SLAs.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure app stability and performance. Optimize application performance for responsiveness, battery efficiency, and memory usage.
Stay updated on the latest Android development trends, libraries, and tools. Apply this knowledge to integrate cutting‑edge features and improve the development process.
Preferred Education  Master’s Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise   Strong understanding of Flutter programming language
Good understanding of Kotlin/Swift programming language
6+ years in mobile development
Experience in leading team
Custom UI development
Good understanding of networking and REST API
Good knowledge of UI Testing and Atomic Design
Native‑level Italian fluency
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience   Strong understanding of mobile architectures and Design Pattern
Good knowledge of Compose or SwiftUI

Experience with MVVM and View State management
