About the Role
We are seeking a mid-to-senior Backend Developer with strong full-stack capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience deploying production-ready applications and a solid understanding of modern backend technologies.

This role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and involvement in exciting projects including digital transformation, staging environments, and LLM development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend systems using Type Script and PostgreSQL
Build and integrate APIs for scalable applications
Work with Docker and agentic coding principles
Collaborate on Dev Ops tasks and staging environment setup
Ensure high‑quality, production‑ready deployments
Communicate effectively within a hybrid or remote team

Requirements

2–3 years experience in backend / full‑stack development
Strong knowledge of Type Script, Postgre

SQL, API development, and Docker
Experience deploying production-ready applications
Fluent in Italian
Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules
Previous freelance experience is a plus
