Back-End Software Developer

Position: BACK-END SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Location: Via Milano

In the role of Back-End Software Developer you will :

Develop software solutions for the Fintech world, using novel paradigms and technologies, in an international environment.

Participate in a scrum international team, working on the company solution based on best-practice business models and component technology, which enable its customers to adapt rapidly to, and move with, changing business conditions

Work with advanced technical and methodological competencies that you will be invited to improve with your talent and creativity

Implement customizations on top of the core products

Follow the full process of deployment of our solutions on customers environments

Critically analyse and evaluate customizations requests of the core products

Support our Dev Ops engineers in the process of deployment automation

Required Skills Experience in JavaEE development (minimum 2 years) with strong focus on Microservice architecture, design patterns and cloud architecture

Good knowledge of Spring Framework, JPA, HTTP Web Services (REST / SOAP)
Good knowledge of relational DB (MySQL, MS SQL Server). No

SQL DB (Mongo

DB) knowledge is a plus.

Knowledge of messaging protocols and patterns (e.g. AMQP) is a plus Knowledge of GIT and Git Flow Familiar  with Docker and application containerization technologies

Familiar with Linux / Unix OS Experience working with CI / CD tools. A Dev Ops oriented approach is a plus Solid object oriented design and development is an asset

Experience with Test Driven Development is a plus Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, tuning and performance test on web applications

Familiar with Scrum and Agile Methodology Personal Profile Build and maintain strong relationships within cross-product and multi-cultural teams

Ability to expand your technical experience quickly

Flexible and willing to learn. The role is varied and provides new challenges on a daily basis

Leadership together with a strong team building aptitude are essential
