AI Software Engineer

We seek an AI Software Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed

At least 5 years in software development, with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI-related projects;
Demonstrated experience in a senior or leadership role, with the ability to mentor junior team members and lead complex projects;
Advanced proficiency in Python and/or Java;
Hands‑on experience with AI frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, and generative AI tools such as Lang Chain or Langraph;
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, Dev Ops, and MLOps;
Proven ability to work effectively with data scientists and machine learning engineers in multidisciplinary teams;
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to delivering high‑quality solutions;

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI solution deployment;
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for managing AI applications;
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines for an efficient, automated workflow;
Fluent English.
