Ing.

A. Maurer S.A. has been implementing complex production plants and processes for the viscose and chemical industries worldwide for over 100 years – from feasibility studies to turnkey handovers. Our customers appreciate us for our technical expertise, tailor‑made solutions, and global commitment.

To strengthen our project team, we are looking for a dedicated project engineer who combines technical competence with international commitment.

Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of individual components and systems in the international capital goods sector. You will be actively involved in planning, project planning, and implementation support – in close coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

With your specialist knowledge, you will contribute to the realization of production plants or components and sub‑systems. To do this, you work in different levels of detail. You will be able to identify issues, define tasks, and propose or develop solutions in a team.

• Technical planning and support of projects across all phases
• Coordination with internal departments and external partners
• Creation and editing of technical drawings and documentation
• Support for project management on‑site and abroad
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs

Your profile

• Completed engineering degree or comparable technical training
• Fluent knowledge of the Persian language (Farsi), both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of English, German is an advantage
• Willingness to work in the Middle East for several months
• Very good CAD skills
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Intercultural understanding and resilience
