For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager (MEP Engineering) to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This role will oversee complex engineering projects from early planning through design and construction, with a strong emphasis on client service, scope control, and financial stewardship. The Project Manager will coordinate multi-discipline teams, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders to keep work on schedule, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations. This is a highly visible position that also supports business development through client engagement, proposal efforts, and executive reporting.
Location:
Remote
Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities- Manage project scope, client relationships, scheduling, and financial performance
- Lead projects from planning through design and construction phases
- Conduct project team meetings and provide status updates to executives
- Perform internal peer reviews and support multi-discipline design development
- Collaborate with subconsultants and design managers
- Support business development through client engagement and proposal development
- Administer quality program activities and identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Manager
- Preferred PE, PMP, or equivalent license
- Experience in healthcare or government contracting markets is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
