Univer Cell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. With everything we do, we make sustainable energy usable and develop highest-quality energy storage systems with innovative technology and maximum performance. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the logistics team at both locations
• Managing and prioritizing operational processes in goods receipt, warehousing, and shipping
• Coordinating task allocation and supporting the team in daily operations
• Acting as the contact person for operational matters and as an interface to production, quality, and project management
• Monitoring ongoing orders and reporting relevant KPIs and deviations
• Conducting training sessions and maintaining process and training documentation
• Supporting the optimization and digitalization of logistics processes

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, materials management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in a production environment with international suppliers and customers
• Initial leadership experience or a strong willingness to take on a leadership role
• Knowledge of international transport and customs processes (road, air, and sea freight, import/export)
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to provide operational support and collaborate closely with internal interfaces and projects
