We are looking for a Manager – B2B Payments & Foreign Exchange to join 360tf. You will own end-to-end product and operations for cross-border payments and FX, working across partners, product, tech, compliance and commercial teams to launch and scale 360tf Pay. This role requires strategic ownership, operational rigor, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on execution across a fast-evolving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities Operations and Process Management Manage and oversee all aspects of Fx and payment operations, including partner evaluation and onboarding, setting up processes and systems
Engage with partners to ensure seamless collaboration
Product Management Strategising on the target market, preparing the list of customers and taking care of P&L
Liaise with financial institution partners, payment service providers, and other external stakeholders
Assist corporates and teams in managing Fx and payment transactions
Training and Knowledge Building Train relevant teams in all facets of Fx product and cross-border payments
Technology and Process Improvement Evaluate systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and technology teams to implement enhancements and automation solutions
Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to payments and foreign exchange transactions
Identify and mitigate risks associated with remittances
Reporting and Analytics Prepare regular reports on activities, exposures, and transaction volumes
Conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
End-to-End Product Ownership Take full responsibility for driving 360tf Pay from concept to execution, including research, strategy, setup, and operational alignment.
Market & Regulatory Research Conduct both primary and secondary research to assess market opportunities, competitive landscape, and licensing or regulatory requirements.
Go-to-Market Strategy Identify target markets, define the product proposition, and support the creation of a scalable GTM plan.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, tech, and business teams to translate strategy into actionable deliverables.
Project Management Oversee tech and operational projects required for setting up and launching the product, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Strategic Agility Be ready to wear multiple hats, from research and planning to execution and coordination, as part of a fast-evolving initiative.
