Research Assistant & Field Investigators

Applications are invited for the positions of  Research Assistant (RA)  and  Field Investigator (FI)  under ICSSR-funded research project titled:  “Ethnographic Insights and Socio-Psychological Deterrents in Women’s Career Progression towards Leadership Positions:
Sectoral Evidences from Rajasthan.”  This project is funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi under the special call on Women-Led Development — “Punyashloka Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Special Call for Women-Led Research on Women-Led Development.”

About the Role
Research Assistant and Field Investigator positions are available to support the research project focused on women's career progression and leadership.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and gather data related to the project.
Assist in the analysis of socio-psychological factors affecting women's leadership.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications
Research Assistant:
Postgraduate in any social science discipline with a minimum of 55%, with NET/ M.Phil. /Ph.D.
Field Investigator:
Postgraduate in a social science discipline with a minimum of 55%.

Required Skills
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in data collection and research methodologies.

Preferred Skills
Experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
Familiarity with statistical software.

Pay range and compensation package
Research Assistant: ₹37,000/month
Field Investigator: ₹20,000/month
